Refund Policy

Regulatory Framework

Under Indonesian food regulations (specifically Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection and regulations governing dietary supplements as food products), returns and refunds for opened dietary supplement products are not permitted. This is due to food safety and contamination concerns once a product has been opened or partially consumed.

Return Eligibility

SafVita may accept returns under the following limited circumstances:

  • Unopened, Unused Products: Products that remain in original sealed packaging and have not been opened may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided the product has not expired.
  • Damaged or Defective Packaging: If a product arrives with damaged or defective packaging that compromises product integrity, contact us immediately for evaluation.
  • Wrong Product Delivered: If an incorrect product was delivered, contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are NOT eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Products past their expiration date
  • Products that show signs of use or tampering
  • Products purchased as final sale
  • Dietary supplements that have been unsealed

Return Process

To initiate a return for an unopened product:

  1. Contact SafVita at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization
  4. Ship the product back in original packaging at your cost
  5. Product must arrive in sellable condition

Refund Processing

Upon receipt of an authorized return in acceptable condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 7-10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged product:

  • Document the damage with photographs
  • Contact SafVita immediately at [email protected]
  • Do not open or consume the product
  • Provide order number and damage documentation
  • Follow our instructions for return and replacement

Food Safety Regulations

SafVita strictly adheres to Indonesian food safety regulations. Due to the nature of dietary supplements as food products, once packaging is opened or a product has been opened for use, it is not eligible for return. This policy protects all consumers by maintaining food safety standards.

Refund Limitations

SafVita reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns if:

  • The product shows signs of use or consumption
  • Original packaging has been opened or tampered with
  • The return request is made outside the specified timeframe
  • The return does not comply with our return procedures
  • The product has expired

No Satisfaction Guarantees

SafVita sells dietary supplements as food products. Returns are not available based on personal satisfaction, perceived ineffectiveness, or dissatisfaction with results. Dietary supplements are not medications and do not provide guaranteed results.
